Emergencies

In the unlikely event you have an emergency outside our office hours, Ledra Lettings operate an emergency contact number available between the hours of 5pm-10pm.

Emergencies constitute things such as major leaks and burst pipes causing flooding to the inside of yours or another’s property or any other events which are a danger to life or property. If your boiler breaks down outside of office hours and there are no vulnerable occupiers in the household, we will not be able to attend as this is not an emergency. An engineer will attend during normal working hours to repair boiler break downs.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Whilst we are unable to answer any calls outside of these hours, please email us detailing the issue and we will respond to you during the hours shown above.

The out of hour's emergency telephone number is 020 3150 0980.

I am locked out or lost my keys, what do I do?

​

If you are locked out during working hours, we can supply you with a spare key (free of charge). The key can be collected from our office between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only.

If you are locked out after 5pm or on the weekend, please contact the Lock & Key Centre Locksmiths on 07904 059 133 who will assist you. We have agreed a preferred call out charge of £95 with this Locksmith. Please note, this is to gain entry only,

if new locks are required, there will be an additional charge.

My smoke alarm is beeping?

​

The battery requires replacement. As per your tenancy agreement, it's your responsibility to replace it. We may be able to help during office hours only but please note, this does not constitute an emergency so we cannot provide assistance out of office hours.
